What is Interlocutory Judgment?

Unlike a final judgment, an interlocutory judgment is simply a judgment that is not final.

It is not final in the sense that it does not resolve all the issues between the parties completely. It resolves some issues leaving others outstanding.

It does not determine the rights and entitlements of the parties entirely.
